To meet their needs and priorities, Avenue 77 was designed. In this ergonomic, open-plan office, connectivity is central. Soulbricks doesn't just dress up your building. There is a philosophy behind it with the aim of creating an experience that seamlessly integrates comfort, workspace, technology and a relaxed atmosphere. There is room for employees to work individually, network and meet each other. We stayed true to this project philosophy in Malta too. There, we opted for an open-plan office with a unique ratio of private and shared space. Avenue 77 is a flexible office with an optimal balance between compactness and comfort.
