SkylinE40 is an office building site along the E40 motorway in Aalst. In addition to its location with easy accessibility, it also ensures that the offices are highly visible from the motorway. A project in cooperation with G-Label that stands out because of its high-quality architecture and appearance was therefore a must. Inside, the quality standard continues with a particularly flexible layout and high-tech, sustainable and ecological solutions. When redefining the common areas for phase 2, Soulbricks organised a survey among existing tenants and future clients to identify their needs. Using the info gathered, Soulbricks designed an interior that includes a cosy work café with barista, meeting rooms, training rooms and flexible workstations. In redefining the common areas for phase 2, Soulbricks organised a survey of existing tenants and future clients to identify needs. In common areas, the interior design offers the following functions: work café with a barrista, meeting rooms, training rooms and flexible workstations. Redefining the common spaces for the 2nd phase of this development, Soubricks consulted with existing tenants and prospective customers to define the needs. We created a work café with barrista as well as dedicated meetspaces, training rooms, and a flexible workspace offering.

“To redefine SkylinE40’s common areas, Soulbricks researched the needs among our existing tenants and future clients. Based on that information, they designed an office and meeting space that accommodates both relaxation and focused work.”
