Based on our solid framework, we assessed the feasibility of integrating a coworking and meeting center within the renovation project of Welzijnstoren Leuven. The developer collaborates with KU Leuven and UZ Leuven for the construction, requiring advice from a third party. We analyzed: A well-thought-out space planning / Service offerings and competitive analysis / Investment requirements and return on investment calculation The outcome? Alignment among all stakeholders with a clear vision regarding the building's utilization.
