Based on the approved conceptdesign, the following documentation will be further elaborated and finetuned. We detail the design plans with bespoke furniture drawings, the technical plan as well as summarize this in a descriptive list of materials. This file will later be used to sendout the request for proposals (RFP process).
A unique design requires a well-composed construction team. While we will put together the detailed design file, we won’t be involved with the RFP process except for overseeing the quality of responses and advise the project manager where necessary.
