Les promoteurs d'O-Forty ont été rapidement convaincus de faire du coworking un élément central de l'immeuble de bureaux d'Oostkamp, une réalisation des architectes Govaert & Vanhoutte. L'objectif ? Un concept de bureau de luxe pour renforcer l'esprit communautaire et l'attrait général du lieu. Pour donner forme à l'idée et élaborer un plan d'affaires, le promoteur immobilier Global Estate Group a choisi Soulbricks comme partenaire. Le facteur de coworking devait contribuer à définir l'ADN du site, c'est pourquoi le promoteur immobilier ne souhaitait pas faire appel à un opérateur de marque.
