Mission & Vision
25 years of expertise, data and insights allow Soulbricks to support its customers with design services in defining the concept, developing the architecture and building the service framework. Soulbricks can be retained as preferred managing partner to efficiently operate the space.
Parkoffice Ghent is founded by Carlo Top as one of the first business centers in East Flanders. In 2000 Sophie Top joins and takes up the commercial activities. Carlo Top was a pioneer in what will later be called serviced real estate, co-founder of the BOBCA (now BWA) and after more than 25 years Parkoffice is still one of the most profitable business centers in Flanders. His experience has ensured how detail-driven this business is. Profitability depends on careful monitoring of each of the different variables.
Geoffroy Speybrouck steps into the Parkoffice journey. After the opening of a branch in Kortrijk in 2009, it is time to restructure the group and determine the vision. A few years later Koen Batsleer, David La Grange and Nicolas Kint strengthen the board. Entering into management assignments for developers and investors is gradually taking the place of the initially determined acquisition strategy of freehold urban office properties.
After a period of more focus on the family and broadening her horizons at Flamant Projects - Buro Project and Obumex, Sophie returns to where it all started. Together with Nicolas Kint, who has been active for more than 7 years in PropTech, she has the mission to convert the experiences gained into a new and independent activity under the name ‘Soulbricks', which stands for a clear vision of how concept and service design offer ‘bricks’ a ‘soul’.
